This promo was part of a give away the first week of the movies release into theaters in 1999! Those who purchased tickets were given a free Pokemon card non-lenticular) with their admission - 1 in every 20,000 ticket holders were given one of these rare lenticular / full-motion promo cards within the first week of movie release!
This card measures 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" inches.
